Booking and Payment: All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company. Deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your booking we will offer you a rescheduled date.

Cancellation and Refunds: a. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to safety concerns and unsafe weather conditions. b. In the event of a cancellation by the Company, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund of the tour fee.

Participant Conduct: a. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the tour. b. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour, with no refund. c. Participants must adhere to all local laws and regulations during the tour.

Health and Safety: a. Participants should inform the Company of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the tour. b. The Company reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who, in the Company's judgment, poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

Tour Itinerary: a. The Company strives to adhere to the advertised tour itinerary. However, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. b. The Company is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants due to changes in the itinerary.
